Welcome to Global Discipleship Network
Global Discipleship Network (GDN) is a family of ministries with teams based in 16 countries, united by a common mission: to fulfill the Great Commission as commanded in Matthew 28:19-20. With over 35 years of collective experience in discipleship-focused ministry, we are committed to spreading the Gospel through two distinct approaches.
Through SIF, we equip pastors and church leaders by offering in-depth Bible study workshops. Our Pastor/Trainers teach and mentor other pastors to establish Bible study groups within their church communities. This interactive and multiplying process builds a deep, enduring commitment to God’s Word, strengthening the body of Christ for impactful ministry.
Teens for Christ International (TFCI)
Our Teens for Christ International team serves youth in secondary schools across 16 countries, with staff and volunteers reaching over 500,000 young people weekly. Each country tailors its approach to fit local regulations, ensuring the message of hope reaches students both within and outside the school systems.
We invite you to explore our individual ministries and connect with us. If God is calling you to be part of this mission, you can get involved through the websites of Sharon India Foundation, Teens for Christ International, or directly through the Global Discipleship Network.

Statement of Faith
1.The Word of God (BIBLE)
The Bible is the inspired Word of God, comprised of 66 books, which are reliable and true in their original languages. Scripture stands as the central authority over our lives, our faith, and the direction of our ministry. It is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training, and it reveals Gods love for the world. (1Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:19-21; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; John 3:16)
- God the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit
We believe that three persons (Trinity) eternally share the Divine Nature as One God. The Bible refers to these persons as the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. God is both self-existent and personal. (John 14:10, 26; 15:26; Matthew 28:19; John 10:30)
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, the Son, born of a virgin, being fully God and fully human. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for the sins of mankind, was resurrected bodily on the third day, ascended into heaven to the right hand of the Father and is coming again as King and Judge. Jesus Christ is the only provision that God has given for people to be reconciled to Him. (Matthew 1:23; John1:1-4; John 1:29; Acts 1:1; Acts 2:22-24; Romans 8:34; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Philippians 2:5-11; Acts 4:12)
The Holy Spirit is God. He draws us to Christ and indwells us at the moment we place our faith in Christ, enabling us to live an effective Christian life by affirming our salvation, encouraging us and giving us the strength to live a life that is pleasing to God and personally fulfilling. (John 14:16-17; Ephesians 1:13-14)
- Mankind
Human beings are created in the image of God. However, people have turned against God and disobeyed His commands. Sin’s consequences result in physical and spiritual death for all humankind. Humanity lives in profound need which can only be satisfied by reconciliation with God through Christ. Without this reconciliation, all people stand under God’s righteous judgment. God continues to love us and reach out to us, even though we are hostile to Him. As believers in Jesus Christ, we receive a new nature that becomes the foundation for transformation. (Genesis 1:27-31; John 3:16; 2 Corinthians 5:17)
- Salvation
We believe that all men everywhere are lost and face the judgment of God, that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation, and that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ results in regeneration by the Holy Spirit. Furthermore, we believe that God will reward the righteous with eternal life in heaven, and that He will banish the unrighteous to everlasting punishment in hell.
(Luke 24:46-47; John 14:6; Acts 4:12; Romans 3:23; 2 Corinthians 5:10-11; Ephesians 1:7 and 2:8-9; Titus 3:4-7)
Salvation is reconciliation with God through the atoning work of Jesus Christ on the cross. God offers us salvation by His grace alone and we receive it as a gift through personal faith in Jesus Christ, believing in His death, resurrection, and that He alone is the propitiation(substitute payment) for our sins. This gift of salvation by faith must be received and cannot be earned. God freely offers salvation to all people, and our salvation is secure. (Ephesians 2:8,9; Romans 8:38,39; Ephesians 1:13; 2:4)
5.The Church
The church (Greek word: Ekklesia) is composed of all those throughout history who place saving faith in Jesus Christ. It also is used in a local context as “Those who Christ has called out to gather together”. The Ekklesia is not an institution, but a people. The church’s mission is as follows; All believers are commanded to carry the good news locally and worldwide (the ministry of evangelism), helping followers of Christ grow up into maturity in Christ (discipleship). and demonstrating the gospel by relevant social love and action through our words and deeds. (John 13:34-35; 1 Corinthians 12:12-26; Matthew 28:19; Matthew 18:20; Acts 1:8; 1 Peter 3:15; 1 Peter 2:5,9)
